we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application on iOS and Android

  1. Phone State Monitoring: Radio More App continually monitors the state of your phone app (idle, incoming call, in call, call ended) to ensure audio stops playing when necessary, such as during a phone call.
  2. Internet Connection: To receive data from Radio More, users must be connected to the internet.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Facilitating voice messages to the radio administrator.
  • Storing app configuration settings on your device.
  • Stopping audio during phone calls.
  • Delivering data from Radio More when connected to the internet.

 

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not collect or share personal information such as phone numbers. Voice messages sent to the radio administrator may be broadcast on the radio station, as explicitly authorized by the user.

 

4. Data Retention

We retain voice messages sent to the radio administrator for a period of 30 days. After this period, the voice messages are automatically deleted from our servers. Please note that once a voice message is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Radio More utilizes the services of a third-party service provider, radio.co, to source and provide radio broadcasting content through the use of their API. It’s important to note that no user data is directly shared with radio.co through the Radio More mobile application.

  • Data Processing through API: Our application retrieves radio broadcasting content through the use of radio.co’s API. This includes information such as station details, but does not involve the direct transmission of user-specific data.
  • User Privacy within Radio More App: We do not collect, store, or transmit any user-specific data to radio.co through the mobile application. Your use of the Radio More application does not result in the direct sharing of personal information with radio.co.
